Fastest upload: MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. Other formats still work, but they upload and then convert on the server, so they take longer.

MANUAL VIDEO REVIEW
Shift records
Mark when a player steps on and off the ice. Times come from the video, so pausing or changing playback speed does not change a shift's length. Uses the scouting player above. Load a library video or choose a file and click Open without uploading; local review does not upload the video.
Only record what the footage shows. Leaving the camera frame is not necessarily leaving the ice. Flag shifts containing cuts, replays or missing footage as uncertain; they are excluded from observed ice-time totals.
Shift records are saved in this browser for each video. Keep a CSV backup; clearing browser data removes local records.
Select a video above to begin.
S / E act on the selected player and are ignored while typing. Several players can have open shifts at once. Open shifts are never ended automatically.
Choose a video, then add your players.
Player totals
Completed, observed shifts only. These are footage-based observations, not official game ice time. Scroll tables horizontally on smaller screens.

AI tracking: mark up to 10 seconds with In / Out, draw around the whole player, then click Track player. To correct drift, pause, redraw around that player, and click Track player again. Earlier selections guide the new pass. New Track starts a different player.
Drawings are saved with each clip and can be reloaded later.

Quick Start
Load a video, then mark Clip In and Clip Out.
Draw circles, arrows, or lines on key moments.
Save clips and add slides between clips for teaching points.
Use Play Presentation to preview, then Export Presentation to share.
Best Workflow
Apply a template first for faster setup.
Add tags for easier filtering later.
Save a version before major edits so you can restore quickly.
Create a share link when you are ready for staff review.
Tracking Tips
Enable Track Circle, draw at frame A, step forward, draw again at frame B.
Use Track duration to control how long tracking persists.
Use Delete Track Frame (or shift-click frame) to clean drift.
Troubleshooting
If export fails, reduce preset to Coach 720p and retry.
If narration is missing, verify each clip has narration audio saved.
If slides are missing, ensure they appear in Saved Clips order before export.
